KalioTek also processes Personal Data we receive in our role as a service provider for our customers who use our Services. We are a processor of such Personal Data that is submitted to us by our customers who are authorized to do so by the controllers of such data or who are the controllers of such data. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Information that does not and cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual is not Personal Data. This can be aggregated information about a group or category of data or data that has been de-identified so that it cannot be attributed to any individual. We may use and share such information to improve our Site and our Services, understand and/or analyze usage, demand, and general industry trends, develop and publish white papers, reports, and generally for any purpose related to our business. When, for what purposes and how do we collect Personal Data
KalioTek collects Personal Data when someone visits our Site, fills out a form, submits an email or other inquiry to us, communicates with us in person, by phone or by email, visits our offices, applies for employment, registers for or attends a KalioTek event or webinar.
We use Personal Data to fulfill the purpose for which the data is collected, such as to provide requested Services or information on our Services, or manage event registrations. We also use Personal Data we collect to maintain the security of Sites and to manage our business.
We also use information-gathering tools such as cookies and similar technologies that automatically collect information that may contain Personal Data from your computer or mobile device when you visit our Site or interact with emails from us.

Children
Our Sites and Services are not for minors, and we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. However, if a child under 18 provides KalioTek with Personal Data, the parent or guardian should contact KalioTek immediately by submitting a privacy request to info@kaliotek.com.

This European Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the KalioTek Privacy Policy, and applies to all visitors, users, and others from Europe. Specifically, if you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have the right to obtain information concerning your Personal Data. This includes the right to know whether or not we process personal data concerning you and, if this is the case, to access your personal data. In certain cases, you may request rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data. Privacy Notice for California Residents
This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the KalioTek Privacy Policy, and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who are California consumers. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
The categories of Personal Information we collect, the categories of sources from which we collect it, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it and the categories of third parties with whom we may share it are the same for all individuals and are described above in our Privacy Policy.
KalioTek does not sell your Personal Information. We share such information only as described above to deliver our Services.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
